A boy of mass 40kg slides from rest down a straight slide of length 5m. The slide is inclined to the horizontal at an angle of 20°. The coefficient of friction between the boy and the slide is 0.1. By modelling the boy as a particle, find:
a) the acceleration of the boy,
b) the speed of the boy at the bottom of the slide.

Hopefully all of that makes sense, just comment if it doesn't. For what the question asks, the mass is irrelevant, as it cancels out, so I just left it as "m" for simplicity. "g" refers to the acceleration of freefall, I used 9.81, but you might have to do the final calculations again, depending on the level of accuracy you need. Hope this helps.
