Well sadly the anwser is no! The reason is because you will need to be there around 80% of the time if they are off task but if you have a constant routine they will get used to doing it without you.

3.with moderate regulation: State requires parents to send notification, test scores, and/or professional evaluation of student progress.
4.with high regulation: State requires parents to send notification or achievement test scores and/or professional evaluation, plus other requirements (e.g. curriculum approval by the state, teacher qualification of parents, or home visits by state officials).
