1. In a bowl crush the graham crackers, add the melted butter and gently combine. In a 9" round baking pan press the graham cracker crust mixture to cover the bottom of the pan, set aside.
2. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
3. For the creamy sweet filling you can use a large bowl with an electric mixer or you can use a food processor if you have one. Add the cream cheese, beaten eggs, sugar, milk, vanilla, and lemon juice. Begin mixing until you have a nice smooth consistency, next pour the cheese filling mixture over the pressed graham crackers evenly.
4. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes in a 325 degree preheated oven
5. Remove baked cheesecake from oven and place on a wire rack and let cool for about 5 - 6 hours.
