If you want to lose weight, u have to go on a caloric deficit, as they say, it's 80% diet and 20% exercise. Go on walks if you don't already, walk at a fast pace for about an hour and eat clean. If fast walking is too easy, go on a jog instead. Eat less calories than you are burning per day, but don't starve yourself, you're more likely to gain back all the calories if not more if u starve as it can cause binge eating. Also starving yourself could really cause eating disorders so please don't do that.
I'd like to add it's not easy losing weight at all, so don't feel bad if your progress is very slow, better slow than none.
And like I said, 30kg is not a good or healthy weight to be at unless you are 4ft. Seriously, losing weight is fine but please do not make yourself go to an unhealthy weight.
