Reasons they are you're fan--
1.) They are thinking of you because they are thinking of something to say about you
they are technically you're fan.
2.) They are probably unhappy with themselves and are jealous of you.
3.) They are giving you attention.
4.) They are giving there time to hate on you.
If u hate on other people you're honestly so disgusting and need to get help because you're clearly unhappy with yourself !!!!
