So don't keep saying your hands are tied", this shows that Phillip knows that Anne wants to be with him just that she keeps coming up with excuses to show that she can't. On Anne's side she says "You think I don't want to run to you. But there are mountains, and there are doors that we can't walk through." This shows that she agrees with the fact that she wants him but she just can't be with him for various reasons. These mixed emotions are shown more where it says "All I want is to fly with you. All I want is to fall with you. So just give me all of you. It feels impossible." This shows that they want to be together but they just feel that its not possible for them to stay together.
