Humans tend to lose control though sometimes, so it is more internal and external. It’s our anger and emotions, not others. Althou we may get angry because of others, we are the ones who decide to get angry. It’s us who decide to get offended by an insult. Or else we wouldn’t even care, but since we choose to care it’s what makes us angry and fire back another response or insult
