I can give you guidelines to doing this, and examples. But essays aren't meant to be copied off of someone else's work.
Example:
Setting a long term goal can mean setting a future.
If you want to set a long term goal, you need to try to work a little
bit of it everyday, making a little bit of progress each time.
For example, a goal to get better grades. What you would do
everyday would be, studying each subject for 15 minutes a day.
Or if needed, longer. (But in your case, you need to write about landing a
dream job.)
