I think, is HYDROGEN BOND! This is some kind of is the electrostatic attraction between polar molecules that occurs when a hydrogen (H) atom bound to a highly electronegative atom such as nitrogen (N), oxygen (O) or fluorine (F)... see image below! ;-)
