As per the terms of the treaty France gave up all of its territories in North America and Britain gained all the French territories east of the Mississippi river, in return of Florida Britain gave Cuba to Spain. Although the British gained territories in the North America the war was expensive and they imposed taxis on the colonialists and it led to colonial rebellion and developed into full scale war of independence.
