if the arguments that were made for the Constitution were made public, the US citizens could add rules that may have benefited them. because they were kept secret, the rules truly only benefit the members of Congress. despite the Constitution being amended several times, it still favors only truly American citizens. if it had been made public, it could have benefited everybody in the country, including the people of color. the US Constitution really only favors white people.
