Examples

"Afganistan is known for promoting terrorism".  This statement cannot be said as completely correct because it is representing the whole country as a promoter of terrorism. However not everyone of Afganistan are in the favour of promotion of terrorism .

"Kashmir of India is famous for its natural beauty but is not safe for living a peaceful life" this statement is not  completely correct  as it reflects the belief of people which is not completely true.

Therefore cultural views may not be correct all the time and have a tendency to effect a relationship negatively.
