I think that society has a big affect not only on our bodies, but how we live our day to day lives. Nowadays everything is about standards and looking a certain way. People look around everyday and compare themselves to others. This can cause people to over eat or to go on extreme diets just to achieve a body that they think society today will accept. People go as far as getting plastic surgery just to fit the "beauty standard".
