However, from my observation you need to start going outside walking since it appears that you are not getting adequate amount of physical activity. I learned in my lifetime fitness class that this can cause an individual who is eating right and taking their daily vitamins feel sluggish, tired, or the feeling run down. So next week when I come over let us go for a walk or even go for a bike ride. We could even start on the garden again.
