Ms brenda my next door neighbor ran over quickly to grabe her dog. She was very disappointed to see whather dog had done to me. She apologized and had explanded to me that her dog has been behaving this way all week. She wants to take him to the docter but he wont let her pick him up. This was very odd considering the fact that Ms Brenda dog has always behaved well and was very nice and never harmful to anyone.....
