Respected Sir,
I, on behalf of the students of our school, would like to put a request that we want you to consider. It's been a year since the last trip and with the academic year coming to an end in some weeks, it would be nice if we could take the school's annual excursion trip now.
Considering the time we have left before the main exams, this seems to be the only free time we would have to relax. And also, this trip will give the students some respite from the stress and busy schedule of school activities. And the students have also been looking forward to the time we could take the trip. This will allow the students to wind down and have time to enjoy themselves before the stress of the exams comes over in a couple of weeks.
And for this year’s trip, we would also like to suggest that we visit the zoo as there are several animals newly brought. It’s been more than 5 years that we have taken a trip to the zoo. Also, many of our students love animals and would like to learn more about them. This will give us a chance to do that while also providing fun-time and learning at the same time.
It is our utmost request if you could allow us to take that trip.
