I personally want to say godzilla did but with kong actually destroying the mecha and have beaten godzilla a few times i think he got the upper hand on winning
I would say it's Godzilla. He beat Kong in 2/3 of the fights. Of course, Kong got the upper hand due to the axe, but then Godzilla got destroyed by MechaGodzilla. But Godzilla for sure.
