ok I think that procrastination as the name defines it it is the doing of a certain task later than when it is supposed to be done so to me I don't think it is acceptable to procrastinate because the more you keep procrastinating the more the work files are and the more you staying productive but sometimes one cannot have that moral to do that certain task and some of the things that you can do to stay productive while procrastinating and like the things you enjoy doing like hobbies yes that is what I understand with the questions you asked
