In the tempest, Antonio is the brother of Prospero, who is the rightful Duke of Milan. In the play, Antonio does a lot of bad things. He exiles Prospero, takes his place as the Duke of Milan, and even tries to kill him, though he fails. The most suprising part of this, is that Antonio isn't even punished at the end! Not at all! When his brother confronts him by the end, he doesn't ask for forgiveness, or indicate that he has moved on from his wicked ways. That's definitely one thing I found a bit crazy in this play.
