Currently I have separators on my molars so I can have enough space for an expander. But I noticed that one of my molars has shifted a lot to the side where it’s uncomfortable to eat or bite down. It doesn’t hurt but i feel a lot of discomfort
Separators are there to give you enough space, so it's normal if its shifts, for one to two weeks your teeth will move apart slowly until they are far apart enough .. don't mess with it or else the bands will come off.
