I think as humans it is very easy to commit these sins because we all experience these things which is just apart of human nature. I feel like the hardest part is trying to stay away from doing these things or feeling certain ways such as lust, laziness, gluttony, avarice, and pride. For some people I could say it is easier to suppress themselves of these feelings but for others it might just be harder and so they end up committing these sins. All of the things that you named are all Sins and sometimes yes I believe people could slip and commit one of them but again repent is in your favor.
