1) Draw an activity diagram according to the below flow of event:

MAIN FLOW
1. Patient takes appointment from Receptionist.
2. Receptionist check if the doctor is available or not.
3. If the doctor is available, patient consult doctor.
4. Else, Receptionist give information that the doctor is not available and finalize the case.
5. Doctor check if the patients’ needs an operation
6. If the patient needs an operation, undergoes operation and patient get operated by Surgeon.
7. Nurse assist the surgeon.
8. Else, Doctor gives information that no operation and finalize the case.
9. Repeat step 3 to 6
10. If patient operation was successful, then discharge the patient and finalize the case.
11. Else, patient consult the doctor.
