As you can see from the two pictures It shows the regular folders which are located in the pictures folder within the Windows OS, with all of the normal menus and toolbars that come with the default Windows OS file manager. The second picture shows the sub-directories and sub-folders of the files within the Camera Roll folder from the first image.
