I would like to be chief because, we need someone who can be a problem solver and easily connect with people. And I do both these things effectively. I would also like to take on the responsibility, and can do so successfully. I feel that I have much more growth and gains to make but am interested in the process and what it takes to become a chief. I would also appreciate the feedback and opportunities for growth, becoming a chief.
