OK OK whenever you have a market economy that’s one of her all of the citizens have whatever they want to do and they can like basically make all of the decisions for their selves and be free entrepreneurs and not have to ask for permission and all that stuff so European nations in 1914 were just the same as a market economy they were not a command economy because that would mean that the government isn’t put the governments not in control so that means it to make it economy hope this helps
