Can anyone help solve the equation by completing the square? Trying to solve for both X's.
Even an explanation would help, sorry for the trouble.
So first combine like terms so x squared and 6x in the first one. Then subtract or add the term that has a like term on the opposing side I think so in #1 it would be 3 so then you would have 7x squared = -3 then solve from there I think. I'm not sure if I'm right but hopefully this helps you :)
