Whatever your lab report is about that’s the name, or you can name it lab report. Just write what the experiment was for, like why did you do the experiment. Like if I did an experiment to see how much plants would grow with different amounts of water that mound be the purpose of the experiment. The question you posed before the experiment is what you were wondering which leads to the hypothesis. The independent Variable is what you changed in the experiment the dependent is what happens where you do t have to change anything and it happens from the independent vairable.
