He may not seem like much, but Dr. D is probably the best Disney villain and dad there is. He cares greatly about his daughter and would do anything for her. A moment that stood out the most is when he gave her a doll that he's been looking for for years, not giving up, despite her being a teenager. He was always there for her games and entertainment, just trying to be a  good dad. He didn't have a good childhood himself, and the fact that he didn't allow that to affect how he treats his daughter is something admirable.
Sailor moon , because she’s a hot blonde who fights evil Villeins and have some hot friends that fight along her side plus she has two cute cats my guy what more is there to ask for but she’s strong mean and kinda sky but most important she’s adorable and nice to most everyone .
