Answer:Roger Sherman was born in Massachusetts, in April, 1721. He represented Connecticut as a Congressman and as a Senator. Sherman was the first and only person to sign the Articles of Association, the Declaration of Independence, the Articles of Confederation, and the United States Constitution. He died in July, 1793.

Robert Morris was born in England, in January, 1734. For a while, he was part of the Philadelphia Legeslature, later representing them as a Senator. Morris was the Secretary of the Treasury for a while, but when Washington offered him the job in 1789, he declined, mentioning Alexander Hamilton.
