Not only this, but people of their color are going against discrimination every single day. Yes the Jim Crow laws have left this country, and so has slavery, but that doesn't change the way people think. Generation after generation children are taught that there is something not to like about the black communities, and it needs to change. With that being said, average individuals might join hate groups to try and relive what happened in the past. They want to bring back how African-Americans were treated before, and because in this day and age they can't do so, they join hate groups. They join to allow themselves to get their anger and frustration out towards the black community. And in turn, African-Americans get more hate growing than the amount of hate leaving.
