freedom of the press means that the press can say what they want about higher up people like the president or the government or people that are basically of a higher level than them and on a scale to 1-10 moderated at 10:00 because they would probably be laws against this if we didn't have this in the first amendment you'd probably get jail time or a serious punishment and I think people should be able to say what they want and not go into the whole freedom of speech thing but I think just because it's on paper it's a different thing
