➪ Symbiosis can be defined as the relationship between two organisms, where both the organisms share their resources. Both the organisms are benefitted in this kind of relationship.

  • Example:- Lichens, These are formed by the symbiosis relationship between fungi and alga. Here, Fungi cannot make its own food so alga shares the food with fungi and alga doesn't have a shelter so Fungi provides alga the shelter to live and in this way both the organisms are benefitted!
