The lengths of the two longer legs are both [tex]\sqrt{8^2 + 4^2}=\sqrt{80}[/tex]

The lengths of the two shorter legs are both [tex]\sqrt{4^2+4^{2}}=\sqrt{32}[/tex]

So [tex]P=2\sqrt{80}+2\sqrt{32} \approx 29.2[/tex]
