So I want your all's opinion, My father decided to do inappropriate things to me I had proof and gave it to my mom. It was a recorded conversation on my phone. My phone is missing. The police got involved and they were investigating but I'm not sure if they are now. I'm not supposed to have any contact with him and neither are my siblings but my siblings and father talk on the phone and yesterday I went to talk to my mom but they were on ft. He was trying to start a conversation with me but I brushed him off. He got a job as a truck driver and isn't even in the same state as me rn. But if I'm understanding correctly he'll be coming back soon. I don't want to be near him but should I just deal with it for my family or should I tell my mom that I won't stay here so long as he's here. I mean he owns our house. I won't ever be comfortable around him but I don't expect my family to just leave. So should I leave?
Restraining order (It wouldn't affect your family, he just cant be near you.) You could ask some of your family members or friends if you could stay with them for a while if he comes back to town. (I promise you, your family loves you and it might seem like, to you, you'd be a burden but you wouldn't)
