1. She could patiently wait for her mom to finish working on her income taxes, she could just ask to go on the field trip right away and she can ask her mom if she can ask her a question and if her mom replies with ‘not right now’ then wait till she’s available.

2. People could write down the goals that they want to achieve, people could set themselves only one goal to achieve at a time so they don’t get to stressed over more then one goal and people could give themselves a time frame to finish that goal.
