yes you can. but eating back the calories you just brunt is unnecessary and usually just slows weight loss. what was the point of doing alllllll that work to lose calories JUST to get it allllll back?
Don’t develop an eating disorder, I did this and so not worth it, I now struggle with binge eating and depression caused by weight gain. Trust me. It’s ok if you eat those calories again
