How to determine the graph of f(x) + g(x)?
The functions are given as:
f(x) = x + 3
g(x) = x
From the above functions, we can see that the function g(x) is the parent function of a linear function.
When the parent function of a linear function is added to another function to form a composite function, the new function would pass through the following points
(x, y)= (0, b) and (-b, -b)
Where b is the y-intercept of the other function
