We know that the

Sum of sides of a triangle = perimeter

2x = 9y-3y-15+7

After solving the equation it become

2x= 6y-8

x=(6y-8)/2

Now the length of equal sides is x=3y-4

So, The length of each of the equal sides is become x = (3y-4) cm
