Chocolate cake and a carrot.
The cake (if not burnt) is baked to a soft moist perfection due to the air beat into it during mixing. The added baking soda also creates light holes when releasing CO2. It’s not difficult for it to fall apart
A carrot is much more strong and concentrated, with its molecules bonded together strongly. It needs to be broken apart with a lot of force/sharp tool.
