Emilio Jacinto pen name is Dimasilaw
Filipino general who served in the Philippine Revolution was Emilio Jacinto y Dizon. Being a member of the Supreme Council of Kataas-taasan, Kagalang-galang na Katipunan ng mga Anak ng Bayan, or simply and more often known as Katipunan, he was one of the highest-ranking commanders in the Philippine Revolution as well as one of the revolutionary society.
Jacinto also contributed to the Kalayaan newspaper, published in Katipunan. He used the pen name "Dimasilaw" when writing for the newspaper.
