The graph is still a straight line, it still cuts the y-axis at the point y=4 , and it still slants up from left to right.
But it becomes a lot less steep. The original line only had to go 4 inches to the right in order to rise 1 foot. The new line has to go 3-feet to the right in order to rise 1 foot.
