The debate said about the boundaries of freedom defined by reconstruction that every human being born is an American citizen, even though in this case Anthony and Stanton's struggle was unsusccessfull to remove the male delineation from the amendment.

The 15th Amendment was an amendment passed by congress on February 26, 1869 which was about granting African Americans the right to vote. In the amendment there is a prohibition for the federal government and each state to prevent anyone from voting. Everyone, whoever he is, has the same right to vote, regardless of race or skin color.
