So I am doing geometry in my math class, and I can't figure how how to do some of the problems. We have angles and you have to find the degree of each one. I have an acute angle that is 38 degrees, then I have 2 more acute angles, a right angle, and an obtuse angle. I am trying to find the degree of the obtuse angle. HELP! (If it helps, the worksheet is called "What do you call it when 50 people stand on a wooden dock?" #12)
ok, so in the problem there are 5 angles given but you really only need to focus on <KNL and <MNL. these two angles are a linear pair, or supplementary, which means that they add up to 180˚. so, if <KNL is 38˚, then <MNL is 142˚. 180-38=142
