A. You shouldn't assume that the patient has a certain problem without further examination.
B. You should speak clear and loud so the patient can hear you. Just don't scream it.
C. If your trying to talk over the radio the patient might miss some important info about the operation.
D. The grammar is terrible. You should say something along the lines of "I'm very sorry but we don't have any appointments at this time."
E. You shouldn't be rude. Be kind.
D. If you interrupt the patient then they might not have gotten all of the information out. You could miss something and diagnose them incorrectly
