lets find out! well your trying to find the number that is closest... so lets try.... 160
So , [tex] \frac{9}{10} [/tex] x 16 = [tex] \frac{144}{160} [/tex]   and    [tex] \frac{1}{32} [/tex] x = [tex] \frac{5}{160} [/tex]
[tex] \frac{144}{160} [/tex] + [tex] \frac{5}{160} [/tex] = [tex] \frac{149}{160} [/tex]
so it is less than 1
