Fractions equal to 4/6 would be 8/12, or 2/3. Whatever you do to the top of the fraction, you have to do to the denominator. (or the bottom one) You divided the top of your fraction by 2 (and got 2/6) But you forgot to divide the denominator by 2 (to get 2/3.) Make sense?
