it will take 3 laps for the slower jogger and 4 laps for the other joggers as accounting for the slower jogger after his 1st lap the others have done 1 lap and a 1/3 after his 2nd lap the others have done 2 laps and 2/3 after his 3rd lap the others have done 4 laps
