How to practise for French speaking test? My pronunciation isn't great :(

Look for a native. It's always the best practice. Alternatively try to talk with someone on skype if you can't do it personally.

go on to a translation website and if there is a speaker button, click on it and listen to it 3 times and then try and say it.
