Why was the French alarmed after the Belgium government seized the Congo from King Leopold?
King Lepold lost control of his kingdom because of some human rights abuses that he made his people suffer, that lead to the Belgian government forcing the King to give up his position. France was disturbed by what King Lepold get past him during his reign. Hoped it helped :P
